Legacy Wellington Agencies vs Concrete

The usual way

Legacy Wellington Agencies

When legacy WordPress infrastructure slows down commercial operations, we engineer complete rebuilds. For Quantum Property (QPC), we migrated their corporate presence to a high-speed Framer stack, restoring technical performance while protecting their core brand assets.

With Concrete

Concrete

Concrete operates as an agile, founder-led engineering team. You work directly with the operators building your architecture and mapping your user journeys. We strip away the bloat, focusing entirely on performance, Core Web Vitals, and conversion rate optimization. Once your high-performance site is live, we can scale your footprint further through targeted B2B LinkedIn Lead Generation or high-intent Paid Advertising.

We built the website, it did the rest

The flagship website we designed and built for Jagiya Soju: the brand home that helped put a new soju in 100+ NZ stockists in about seven months.

“Concrete’s web design pushed us into every major bar and shop in NZ. 30+ deals in weeks.”

What We Execute for Local Web Architecture

SaaS & Web App Interfaces

Service and tech sectors rely on sub-second load times to capture leads. For LaunchPal, we delivered the full digital suite, from brand identity to website and web app UI, creating a seamless, high-performance architecture built for scale.

E-commerce & Wholesale Portals

A digital storefront in the B2B sector must drive wholesale pipeline. We designed a custom e-commerce architecture for Jagiya Soju that powered their expansion into 100+ stockists across New Zealand, turning a standard site into a national distribution engine.

Enterprise Rebuilds & CMS Migration

Legacy code creates technical debt that kills conversions. For Quantum Property (QPC), we rebuilt their corporate infrastructure, migrating them from a bloated WordPress setup to a lightning-fast Framer architecture while preserving their core design and restoring speed.

you’re proud of

What happens after you reach out

Three simple steps before anything is committed.

  1. You tell us the goal

Send a line about what you’re building. We reply within one business day, and a real person writes back.

  2. A short call

We learn your goal and constraints; you see how we work and decide whether we’re the right fit. Your call, on your terms.

  3. A clear proposal

Scope, timeline and a fixed quote, in writing. You give the go-ahead before anything starts or comes due.

Q.01Next ↗︎

Do you also do branding and logo design?

Yes, often before the site. Many projects start with a brand book (logo, colours, type, voice) that the website is then built on. Take just the brand, just the site, or both.

Q.02Next ↗︎

Do you work with Shopify, or only Framer?

Both. We build in Framer for speed and design control, and integrate Shopify or Framer Commerce for e-commerce. Already on Shopify or WordPress? We work with that too.

Q.03Next ↗︎

Can you build custom features and API integrations?

Yes. We’ve wired up booking systems, job-posting feeds, address autofill, CRMs, analytics and custom webhooks. If it has an API, we can connect it.

Q.04Next ↗︎

How long does a website take?

Most sites run about 5–8 weeks from discovery to launch, including revisions, depending on page count and e-commerce scope.

Q.05Next ↗︎

Who owns it, and what happens after launch?

You own it. We hand it over and train your team to manage content, or keep it on a monthly retainer for updates and blog posts. Hosting stays in your name.

Q.06Next ↗︎

Is SEO, performance and accessibility included?

Baked in from the start. Every build ships with an SEO keyword map, genuinely fast load times and accessibility standards, so you rank, convert and stay compliant.
